Jonine is an Enrolled Agent with over two decades of experience providing comprehensive accounting, tax, and business consulting services. A graduate of the University of Arizona, she began her career as a Certified Legal Assistant at a prominent Phoenix law firm, where she spent more than 15 years specializing in business formation, estate planning, and probate.
In 2003, Jonine transitioned into accounting, earning her Enrolled Agent designation while combining her legal and financial expertise to guide individuals and small businesses through all aspects of their financial management. Her practice focuses on tax preparation, business consulting, and general accounting for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and estates. Known for her detail-oriented and personalized approach, Jonine helps clients make informed decisions that support both immediate goals and long-term success.

With dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Education and Finance (with an Accounting emphasis), Kathy is a seasoned financial professional having over 40 years of experience serving personal clients as well as both small businesses and Fortune-rated companies. Kathy's experience spans individual, partnership, S-corporation, and real estate tax compliance, Minnesota state tax rules, and federal reporting. Known for a detail-oriented, research-driven approach to accurate recording and reporting, Kathy will also guide clients through entity formation, tax credits, compliance strategies, and technology solutions for various financial environments.
